Equipment Maintenance

All Instone Air equipment is manufactured to the most robust specifications, in order to minimise damage. Equipment maintenance and repairs are carried out at our UK overhaul facility under the supervision of the company’s CAA approved engineers. Damage is rarely caused by animals, however it is impossible to prevent misuse of forklifts at airports and damage does sometimes occur.

Repair packs and spares can be dispatched at short notice to enable maintenance to be carried out in the field, or at our repair facilities in Australia, Hong Kong, Middle East, New Zealand and USA.

An Instone Air mobile maintenance unit is on call in the UK to carry out immediate repairs at airports such as LHR, LGW, LTN, STN etc. 

InstoneAir holds CAA Part 145 Maintenance Approval.
